2Text messages (SMS)

Cadoo (program name: Cadoo) texts only players who turn on Text alerts, which is off unless you opt in. Text alerts cover texts about your Cadoo games: results, stake returned, cancellations, and cash-out status. If you ask for a one-time login or verification code, we text that code only. We don’t send reminders between 9 PM and 9 AM your local time. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to any Cadoo text to opt out. Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details above.
• You can also turn off Text alerts in the app’s Settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

3Account and eligibility

The Cadoo app is for ages 13 and up. Cash games, deposits, and withdrawals are 18+ only. To delete your account, visit Delete account.
