Every time you work out on Cadoo, you're not just chasing a game's prize — you're climbing a ladder. Leagues are Cadoo's ranking system: they track how consistent you are, move you up (or down) every week, and unlock new ways to play as you rise. Here's the whole system, from the bottom rung to the top.
The league ladder
There are 18 leagues, grouped into six tiers of three divisions each. Everyone starts at the bottom and works up:
- Bronze III → II → I
- Silver III → II → I
- Gold III → II → I
- Diamond III → II → I
- Masters III → II → I
- Champions III → II → I
New players begin in Bronze III. The summit is Champions I — the best of the best.
How you earn League Points (LP)
You climb by earning League Points (LP), and you earn LP simply by doing your workouts. Every verified rep and every step adds up. The harder the move, the more each rep is worth:
- Pullups — 1 LP per rep (the hardest, so the most rewarding)
- Dips — 1 LP per 2 reps
- Pushups, situps, squats — 1 LP per 3 reps
- Steps — 1 LP per 300 steps
The more you move, the more LP you bank — and LP is what decides your rank.
Climbing and dropping: the weekly reset
Leagues run on a weekly cycle. Across the week, everyone in your league is ranked by the LP they earned that week. When the week resets:
- The top third promote up to the next league.
- The middle third hold their spot.
- The bottom third drop down a league — and anyone who earned zero LP that week drops automatically.
In other words: show up and you rise, go quiet and you slide. It rewards consistency over any single big day.
League gates: what climbing unlocks
Leagues aren't just bragging rights — hitting certain ranks unlocks new ways to play. There are two big milestones:
- Bronze I → money games. Reaching Bronze I opens up money games — paid-entry challenges with real cash prizes. New players build up in free games first, so everyone learns the ropes (and gets their camera-verified reps down) before real money is on the line.
- Silver I → host your own games. Reach Silver I and you can create your own challenges, set the goal and stakes, and invite your friends.
(Cadoo members with premium or who play in a brand's group get some added flexibility around these gates.)
What this means for you
Leagues turn Cadoo into a long game, not just a one-off bet. Your rank is something you earn — every player climbs from the same Bronze III start, and only real, verified effort moves you up. The gates make sure the ladder stays fair: you prove your consistency before you unlock money games and hosting. Rise high enough and you're standing among Cadoo's most dedicated players.
Tips to climb
- Do a little every week — LP resets weekly, and zero LP means an automatic drop.
- Chase the higher-value moves — pullups and dips earn more LP per rep.
- Stack steps on top: they earn LP quietly in the background all day.
- Aim for the top third of your league each week to keep promoting.
- Push for Bronze I to unlock money games, then Silver I to host your own.
