Create Your Own Challenge on Cadoo
Cadoo lets you create custom fitness challenges with your own rules. Pick any activity, set any goal, choose your entry amount, and invite friends or compete against the community. Here is how to set one up.
Step 1: Tap "Create Challenge"
Open Cadoo and tap the "Create" button on the home screen. This opens the challenge builder.
Step 2: Pick Your Activity
Choose from 13 activity types:
- Tracker activities: Steps, Run, Walk, Bike, Indoor Bike, Indoor Run, Indoor Walk, Treadmill, Swim, Sleep
- Video exercises: Pushups, Situps, Squats
Step 3: Set Your Goal
Define what players need to achieve. Goals can be:
- Total goal — Cumulative over the entire challenge (e.g., run 30 miles total)
- Daily goal — Hit a minimum every day (e.g., 5,000 steps per day)
Goals are measured in distance (meters), time (seconds), steps, reps, workout days, or rest days depending on the activity.
Step 4: Choose Your Game Mode
- Goal — Solo. Hit your goal to earn a payout.
- Versus — 1v1. Outperform your opponent to win.
- Elimination — Multi-player. Miss a day and you are out.
Step 5: Set Entry Amount and Duration
Pick how much each player puts in and how many days the challenge lasts. Entry amounts and durations are flexible.
Step 6: Share and Invite
Once your challenge is created, share the link with friends, post it on social media, or let the Cadoo community join. You can also create challenges directly from the Cadoo website at cadoo.games.
