Host a Fitness Game From Your Computer at cadoo.games
You don’t need to open the app to create a Cadoo fitness game — you can set the whole thing up in your web browser at cadoo.games. It’s the easiest way to build a game on a laptop, pay with a card, and send the link to your group. Here’s exactly how it works.
What You Do on the Web (and What Happens in the App)
The web is built for creating and paying for your game. Once it’s live, joining, working out, and getting paid all happen in the Cadoo app. So you and everyone you invite will play from your phones — the web is just the fastest way to set the game up and hand out the link.
Step 1: Go to cadoo.games
Open cadoo.games in any browser and start a new game (“Create Your Own Game”).
Step 2: Fill In Your Game Details
Set up your game on a single page:
- Title and description — what your game is about
- Activity — Steps, or a camera-counted exercise: Pushups, Situps, Squats, Pullups, or Dips
- Duration — how many days the game runs
- Entry fee — what each player pays to join
- Prize pool (optional) — extra money you add to sweeten the reward
- Cover photo — how your game looks when shared
- Who can join — Public (anyone can find it) or Private (link only)
Step 3: Pay for Your Game
On the web you check out securely with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Your game is created the moment your payment goes through — this covers your own entry as the host. You’ll be credited for that entry automatically when you join in the app.
Step 4: Get Your Shareable Link
As soon as your game is created, you’ll land on a confirmation page with your game link, and Cadoo will also email and text it to you so it’s easy to find later.
Step 5: Share It With Your Group
Send your game link however you like — copy it, text it, email it, or share the QR code. When someone opens the link on their phone, it opens your game directly in the Cadoo app so they can join.
Step 6: Join and Play in the App
To take part in your own game, open the link (or find the game) in the Cadoo app on your phone, join, and start logging workouts. Because you already paid on the web, your host entry is credited automatically.
How Verification and Payouts Work
Cadoo keeps every game fair: rep exercises are counted by the app using your phone’s camera, and step goals sync from Apple Health or Google Fit. When the game ends, everyone who hits the goal splits the pot — finishers get their money back plus a share from those who fell short, along with any prize pool you added.
Public vs. Private Games
A public game shows up in Cadoo’s in-app game feed, so any player can find and join it. A private game stays off that list — it’s reachable only by the link you share. Either way, anyone with your link can join.
